I’m known for many things which have all helped thrust me into the public eye and make me perfect tabloid fodder in the process, but what is less known about me dubbed the most controversial talked about mum on the planet is that I’m a confidante for countless people desperate for surgery to improve their lives.

Every time I appear on a TV programme or in a newspaper or magazine, whether it be good, bad or really darn right ugly, men and women from all over the world email me their desperate pleas for help.

We’re not talking vain people looking for advice on where to get the perfect nose job or a perky set of boobs, but heart wrenching stories from people trapped in a body they hate or living with a disfigurement that is making their lives a misery.

From women desperate for sex changes, to victims of blood curdling domestic violence or car crash victims scarred by physical and mental trauma, there is little I haven’t heard or seen.

Yes! I’m a former Playboy Bunny turned nurse turned surgery addict have found myself another outlet for people to pour out their troubles, hopes and fears too.

It is easy to scoff at me and demonize me for wrapping my 8-year-old daughter up in crime scene tape to generate publicity for my Global domestic violence campaign, which affects children too, but am I having the last laugh...

I’m demonized by the red tops, but then being a practitioner of aesthetics, Published author who, myself was a victim of horrific domestic violence, speaks out, my website is flooded with emails from women and men of all ages pouring their heart out to me.

Last year alone I have received 23,000 emails globally from such people who I help follow the correct path to plastic surgery following accident, disease genetic as I have the world leaders of plastic and aesthetics on speed dial. I arrange surgery for such cases not to mention children disfigured through gunshot wounds, dog attacks, and other atrocities and arrange pro-bono outside of our jurisdiction.

What does it say about our society that women would rather open up to me as opposed to pursuing surgery through the traditional route or speaking to their GPs?

Perhaps, after all this hype I’m not such an unlikely figure for men and women to pin their hopes, dreams and aspirations on?

As a trained nurse and self-confessed surgery addict there is little I don’t know about peoples pain and suffering.

(PRBuzz)https://www.prbuzz.com/entertainment/64654-british-human-barbie-demands.html June 8, 2012 -- Celebrity author, mum of three and the woman dubbed the Human Barbie because of her plastic surgery addiction caused after she was the victim of domestic violence has hit back at American TV host Anderson Cooper demanding he formally apologise for calling her 'dreadful' and allowed their interview, in front of her 8 year old to escalate into what she claims was a viscious slanging match and assault.

Controversial plastic surgery addict, Sarah Burge, who has had over half a million pounds worth of plastic surgery after being beaten up, says she went on the show for a reasoned discussion but ended up feeling like a 'battered wife' all over again.According to Sarah, and as reported in the press, Mr Cooper said: "I normally have a lot of respect for my guests but I just think your're dreadful" and labelled her as "publicity seeking".

"I went on the Anderson Cooper show after being offered a chance to talk about plastic surgery, my controversial views, my book and domestic violence instead he attacked me in what I can only assume was a bid for international glory. I can take a beating but he did it in front of my 8 year old daughter Poppy and he should be ashamed. He has a duty of care to minors," says Sarah, 51 who is offering free domestic violence counselling to UK and USA victims.
Burge, who appeared on the show which aired on 22nd May, walked off after one segment after she says Mr cooper attacked her verbally and emotionally in front of her daughter. Since then the Cooper interview with Sarah has been globally reported. Ms Burge says she now beleivesMr Coooper has gained more publicity for himself and his show from her interview alone than any others he has aired. "I have sat back and let the Copper PR machine spin this now I have to stand up for myself and say No - this is what really happened and please apologise to my daughter. It is your show and you allowed it to get our of control after begging us to appear."

"He treated me and my daughter appallingly and he was the one seeking a ratings boost. He at the least owes my daughter who was miked up and ready to come on an apology. She is a little girl. She was traumatised to see her mummy so upset," says Sarah.

"It was like I was being beaten up all over again I feared for myself and my child. I was so badly beaten by one partner I was barely recognisable. I required extensive lastic surgery. Now Mr Coopers attack has caused flash backs and my daughter has been in tears. He has to apologise if not to me but to Poppy," she continues

"I am in the public eye. I know people love or hate me. I can play the game. However Mr Cooper I feel staged this to ensure his profile went through the roof. He couldn't get success on his own so he used me. The episode viralled and he's milking it. What people don't know is show paid for me to fly to New York to be on the show, paid for my husband, Poppy and myself for flights, 1st class accomodation, all expenses trip, allowance and fee plus more flights from New York to our original destination to Atlanta. I wonder what his critics make of that? " says Sarah.

Mr Cooper knew all about me, we planned two segments as an 'experienced host' he lost it and with a paid guest he should be ashamed," says Sarah.
"What is worse is Poppy was miked up ready to come on and witnessed it all. She's terrified of him now. I have had death threats and massive letters and emails of support. Many feel Mr Cooper over stepped the mark. A host of his experience could have had a great debate with me instead he went for the cheap shot for his own personal gain," claims Sarah.

"I am formally requesting he step up and apologise. It's easy to take on a woman who has a 8 year old on set and who he knows is a victim of domestic violence. I feel like his battered wife. I know my views are controversial but what we should have had was a reasoned logical debate not a bear baiting session. Ihave been suicidal since the show aired and thank god I have been supported by some wonderful people in the USA, UK, Australia and Canada."

"Bottom line Mr Cooper paid me to be there. We professionally negotiated what would be discussed and I was promised fairness especially with my daughter present. Mr Cooper presents it like there was no money exchanged, and I was simply an air head. I am not I raise money fro domestic violence, I counsel domestic violence victims. Poppy successfully competes in pageants and yes I am campaigning for more plastic surgery awareness as kids want it younger and we need to be ready. I gave my daughters plastic surgery vouchers, pieces of paper to have boob jobs or to cash in when they are 18. You invest in a college trust fund this is a plastic surgery trust fund. I am not telling them to have surgery now but if they ask get them vouchers," she continues

"I am sure people think this is me being a sore loser. Its not. I felt under siege and like he was going to physically hit me and I had flash backs. Anderson Cooper verbally assaulted me and keeps doing so. He needs to step back and I am sure domestic violence charities around the world will back me. Is behaviour is not a good example for an 8 year old to witness or is he going to say he wasn't aware of this and blame it on a producer?."Mr Cooper needs to apologise. I would happily return for a reasononed debate as long as he can keep his temper under control. Clearly he cannot do that so I am now warning other guests. Keeping it Real!

In the aftermath of the Anderson cooper crap I have done many interviews around the world in my professional capacity but it's alway's the crap that makes the headlines LOL but the facts remain the same that people are reaching out to me in their thousands and the reality of life is I speak the truth.

Things will never change unless we have the power and insight to change it? People need to step outside the bubble as they fear what they don't understand and I will not justify myself to the editing suite of the TV companies that wish to stitch me up!

The little man with the big gob who attacked, edited, and decided to sensationally try to slam me as a liar but the only liars are thepeople who paid good money to fly me out to the Anderson Cooper show together with their team of researchers who knew the truth behind the HYPE.

It was a sad day in journalism that Anderson had to sink to the depths of depravity in order to achieve ratings for his un- popular show by allowing my 8 year old daughter Poppy to witness the whole ugly event from the wings on the big TV on the wall.

"Anderson Cooper has lost his muchness, and his mother never taught him any manners" said Poppy, who went on (despite her distress) to win her a US beauty queen title in her division whilst raising money for our charity against domestic violence.

Poppy came runner up in the talent also with a delightful poem about American Beauty pageants. Perhaps poppy will write one especially about the Cooper show which I'm sure will beinteresting?

The Cooper show clearly showed NO duty of care to a minor, even though Poppy was crying they continued to pursue me once of stage with Poppy looking on in distress.

Anderson Cooper you should be ashamed of yourself and I think YOU'RE dreadful! The ugly truth of your lies is you lost control of your show because you were faced by someone who obviously has more intelligence than yourself who kept coming right back at you like the terminator every time you tried to twist things.

NOW! if I was a liar then my bestselling book "The Half A Million Pound Girl" which was written over 2 years ago would indeed not have documented a load of old crap.

The truth of the Anderson Cooper and other such shows lays directly within the covers of the pages, and the powers behind the scenes of the editing suite and how I, have over the years been stitched up by shows such as these...

The worrying thing is that It's only a matter of time before someone of a placid nature will commit suicide following an onslaught of abuse from the likes of Cooper? So then what will happen? Rub it all out in the editing suite?

"A real Man of integrity you are not" A bully you are!And you abused your position as a host and shamed journalism with your underhand tactics.

Ihave received thousands of letters of support from the US, Australian, and Canadian citizens who watched the episode saying how disgusting he was treating a guest the way he did and they vowed NEVER to watch your show again, many of them stating he should stick to reading the news and doesn’t deserve his own show.... trying to turn it into a Jerry Springer, which even he treats his guests with respect.

As Cooper has put out a statement calling me a liar referencethe Botox and that I have backtracked? I always maintained I never administered this directly only gave my approval which was clearly for medical use and cleared by a doctor. This has clearly been documented in the media from day one nearly 4 years ago and in my book "The Half A Million Pound Girl"nearly 2 years ago, and every single interview which I have done world-wide ithas never varied.

The only thing that has varied, are the different accounts which have been twisted and gouged almost to death in the editing suite.

So such comments are totally unjust and I'm seeking legal advice(from funnily enough the legal eagles in America who contacted me) who saw the show and advised me to file.....

The reason for being invited onto the Cooper show in the first place was to discus poppy entering a USA pageant in Atlanta forming part of our reality show as well as the promotion of my book which was what was agreed with his research team in the first place, so for publicity seeking it was for this reason.

It seems the only person seeking publicity is him? Which raises the question? Are his ratings failing?

Journalists are supposed to report the truth so surely this raises another question? Is he fit to report? As he has abused his position as a journalist with his pre-planned stitch up

oops! I have really gone and hanged myself this time. NOT!

I don't normally speak direct to journalist but I was caught on the hop this time around my the dreaded mail on line's reporter John Stephen who posed as a potential investor on a website that I happen to be advertising on to attract sponsors to come forward and back my new venture ( how sneaky is that?) of a One Stop Beauty Shop but the only thing it attracted was The Mail On Line LOL

What a fabulous free advertising tool it turn out to be...

Shame they got their facts all gobbly gook as usual!

but hey! I most certainly launched the idea straight into the spotlight with investors coming forward now in their droves thanks to the Mail-on-line but the reality of the opportunity is to launch a unique idea....

This was the investment opportunity that was really advertised...

Everything under one roof offering Botox to boob jobs(all of which I can do myself) which meant consultations, after all you would have to be right thick to think that a boob job would be performed in a beauty shop now wouldn't you?,celebrity hair, fashion shows, consultations, makeover and photo shoots. I would offer prize draws for treatments and procedures to the value of £4,000 to enable someone to change their life.

A Kids makeover studios would play a big part (when the salon is closed on Sunday's) having kids roll up in their limos for beauty pageants and parties for a very girly day out.

Information events would be held on a regular basis to educate the public of the good and bad in plastic surgery, how to go about it and further more offer a free referral service to the world's leading surgeons. and the public interest would be enough to turn this into an entertainment reality show.

I would start by launching it straight into the spotlight with an exclusive in one of the national newspaper's Well! I did that alright LOL with a touch of PR magic (Which I definitely don't need) and sensationalism of course to create more media and public interest and spin of this with TV documentaries, product endorsements, with links to our own website that would sell advertising space to companies world-wide.

So there you have it and what are you waiting for? I have the connections and ready to go.
