I’m known for many things which have all helped thrust me into the public eye and make me perfect tabloid fodder in the process, but what is less known about me dubbed the most controversial talked about mum on the planet is that I’m a confidante for countless people desperate for surgery to improve their lives.
Every time I appear on a TV programme or in a newspaper or magazine, whether it be good, bad or really darn right ugly, men and women from all over the world email me their desperate pleas for help.
We’re not talking vain people looking for advice on where to get the perfect nose job or a perky set of boobs, but heart wrenching stories from people trapped in a body they hate or living with a disfigurement that is making their lives a misery.
From women desperate for sex changes, to victims of blood curdling domestic violence or car crash victims scarred by physical and mental trauma, there is little I haven’t heard or seen.
Yes! I’m a former Playboy Bunny turned nurse turned surgery addict have found myself another outlet for people to pour out their troubles, hopes and fears too.
It is easy to scoff at me and demonize me for wrapping my 8-year-old daughter up in crime scene tape to generate publicity for my Global domestic violence campaign, which affects children too,but am I having the last laugh.....
I’m demonized by the red tops, but then being a practitioner of aesthetics, Published author who, myself was a victim of horrific domestic violence, speaks out, my website is flooded with emails from women and men of all ages pouring their heart out to me.
Last year alone I have received 23,000 emails globally from such people who I help follow the correct path to plastic surgery following accident, disease genetic as I have the world leaders of plastic and aesthetics on speed dial. I arrange surgery for such cases not to mention children disfigured through gunshot wounds, dog attacks, and other atrocities and arrange pro-bono outside of our jurisdiction.

What does it say about our society that women would rather open up to me as opposed to pursuing surgery through the traditional route or speaking to their GPs?
Perhaps, after all this hype I’m not such an unlikely figure for men and women to pin their hopes, dreams and aspirations on?
As a trained nurse and self-confessed surgery addict there is little I don’t know about peoples pain and suffering.
And I’m here to help you.

Anderson Cooper "I think YOU’RE dreadful"
NOW! I'm going to expose you as the little man that you really are....
The little man with the big gob who attacked, edited, and decided to sensationally try to slam me as a liar but the only liars are thepeople who paid good money to fly me out to the Anderson Cooper show together with their team of researchers who knew the truth behind the HYPE.
It was a sad day in journalism that Anderson had to sink to the depths of depravity in order to achieve ratings for his un- popular show by allowing my 8 year old daughter Poppy to witness the whole ugly event from the wings on the big TV on the wall.
"Anderson Cooper has lost his muchness, and his mother never taught him any manners" said Poppy, who went on (despite her distress) to win her a US beauty queen title in her division whilst raising money for our charity against domestic violence.
Poppy came runner up in the talent also with a delightful poem about American Beauty pageants. Perhaps poppy will write one especially about the Cooper show which I'm sure will beinteresting?
The Cooper show clearly showed NO duty of care to a minor, even though Poppy was crying they continued to pursue me once of stage with Poppy looking on in distress.
Anderson Cooper you should be ashamed of yourself and I think YOU'RE dreadful! The ugly truth of your lies is you lost control of your show because you were faced by someone who obviously has more intelligence than yourself who kept coming right back at you like the terminator every time you tried to twist things.
NOW! if I was a liar then my bestselling book "The Half A Million Pound Girl" which was written over 2 years ago would indeed not have documented a load of old crap.
The truth of the Anderson Cooper and other such shows lays directly within the covers of the pages, and the powers behind the scenes of the editing suite and how I, have over the years been stitched up by shows such as these...
The worrying thing is that It's only a matter of time before someone of a placid nature will commit suicide following an onslaught of abuse from the likes of Cooper? So then what will happen? Rub it all out in the editing suite?
"A real Man of integrity you are not" A bully you are!And you abused your position as a host and shamed journalism with your underhand tactics.
Ihave received thousands of letters of support from the US, Australian, and Canadian citizens who watched the episode saying how disgusting he was treating a guest the way he did and they vowed NEVER to watch your show again, many of them stating he should stick to reading the news and doesn’t deserve his own show.... trying to turn it into a Jerry Springer, which even he treats his guests with respect.
As Cooper has put out a statement calling me a liar referencethe Botox and that I have backtracked? I always maintained I never administered this directly only gave my approval which was clearly for medical use and cleared by a doctor. This has clearly been documented in the media from day one nearly 4 years ago and in my book "The Half A Million Pound Girl"nearly 2 years ago, and every single interview which I have done world-wide ithas never varied.
The only thing that has varied, are the different accounts which have been twisted and gouged almost to death in the editing suite.
So such comments are totally unjust and I'm seeking legal advice(from funnily enough the legal eagles in America who contacted me) who saw the show and advised me to file.....
The reason for being invited onto the Cooper show in the first place was to discus poppy entering a USA pageant in Atlanta forming part of our reality show as well as the promotion of my book which was what was agreed with his research team in the first place, so for publicity seeking it was for this reason.
It seems the only person seeking publicity is him? Which raises the question? Are his ratings failing?
Journalists are supposed to report the truth so surely this raises another question? Is he fit to report? As he has abused his position as a journalist with his pre-planned stitch up
